Jerry was a resident of Vidor, Texas at the time of his passing.

A memorial service for Mr. Connolly will be 2:00 p.m. Monday November 16 2015 at Broussards 2000 McFaddin Avenue Beaumont. His cremation will be held under the direction of Broussards Crematorium Beaumont.
