Thanks to Timmy Bishop and Beverly (Cantrell) I heard about Rick's passing.  Most of you knew "Ricky" (as I knew him) as a classmate, but he and I go back to little league at Riggs Field.  We were teammates and, coincidentally, played for the Rebels.  I was a pitcher and shortstop; he was our catcher.  He was a big kid and could bash the ball !!!Rest in Peace, my friend.  You were the best battery-mate a ballplayer could have.
