Debra Kay Ochoa, 50, passed away Monday in San Antonio after a long battle with cancer. She was born Aug. 3, 1957, in Gossell, Kan. She is survived by her husband, Sgt. Maj. Pedro Ochoa Jr, U.S. Army, retired; her children, Benjamin Chano Ochoa of Tallahasee, Fla., and Bryan John Ochoa and his wife Jennifer of San Antonio; her parents, John and Carol Dinkel; sister, Marsha Jo Jones of Huntsville; her brother, Rodney Eugene Dinkel and his wife Sharon of Madison; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Thursday at 11 a.m. at King of Kings Lutheran Church, San Antonio. She was laid to rest at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to a favorite charity.
