Cathy Hunter (Milam)
Cathy and I were on Dixie Debs for a couple of years. I remember her as being a great dancer, sweet spirit, loving and really sooo pretty. I know the boys must have been crazy about her then. Not sure what she did in life. we lost touch but, RIP Cathy and know your kindness had an impact on many.
tribute by Sharon Polk-Ward-O'NealI was shocked to find out that Cathy had passed. We were great friends in high school. We spent a lot of time together. Dixie Deb trips and games, and just hanging out. The last time I saw her she was so happy. We need to remember to keep up with our old friends.
tribute by Charron Ingram"I always thought that I'd see you again." I miss you my dear friend....So for more tears, smiles, memories and that final slumber party, I guess I'll have to wait a little longer.I love you Cathy,Pambo
tribute by Pam RobinsonCathy and I "grew up" together from Jr. High on. She was such a sweet person and always had a smile for you when you saw her. She liked to laugh and had a sweet Spirit. Even though I haven't seen her in years, I will miss her terribly. The world has lost a shining star in losing her. I love you, Cathy, always. In Christ,Susan
tribute by Susan Presnall DurantI remember Cathy from Dixie Debs--I think I still have a photo of her and her little sister which was taken for the local newspaper--Cathy was wearing the tuxedo outfit and posing with the cane. Her little sister stood next to her imitating her pose--it was a sweet picture. I remember Cathy's smile and her great sense of humor. I was very sad to learn she had passed away. I will try to locate the newspaper clipping and post it if possible or if her family would like to have it I will be glad to forward it to them.
