Nov. 18, 1955 - Jan. 14, 2017 Teresa Meadows Honea, 61, of Meridianville, went to be with the Lord, and with her son and daughter, on Saturday. Her heart was filled with joy because she loved life, she loved her friends and her family, and enjoyed spending time talking with others. She was preceded in death by her father, Leon Meadows; By her daughter, Leslie Honea Morrison, and by her son, Justin Michael Honea. Her surviving family members include her husband of 43 years, Donald R. Julie Nettleton Willis, of Huntsville passed away in her home Monday afternoon after a two year battle with cancer. She was 55.

Julie was born in Royal Oak, Michigan in 1957. She and her family moved to Huntsville in 1962. Julie graduated from S.R. Butler High School in 1975, where she was a member of the Dixie Debs dance team. She received her nursing degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1979. Julie married the love of her life Bill in 1983. She was known by all for her compassionate caring nature and her courageous spirit.

Julie is preceded by her mother, Angela Joy Dupree of Huntsville.

Richard Lee Neumeyer, aged 68, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Shelia Neumeyer, four children, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other family members. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lou Neumeyer, and his brother, Bobby Neumeyer.

Richard dedicated 32 years of his life to serving as a police officer in Huntsville, Alabama, before retiring.

He was a faithful Alabama fan and thoroughly enjoyed umpiring baseball, traveling to Tunica and Las Vegas, and playing golf.
